Who We Are
Essential Support Network (ESN) exists to strengthen children’s homes and 16–18 semi‑independent services through a complete blend of leadership, operational consultancy, and skilled Residential Support Worker staffing. Our vision is to support providers with the strategic oversight of a qualified Responsible Individual, the steady operational management of an experienced Registered Manager, and a trained workforce equipped to deliver safe, trauma‑informed care.
We bring clarity to daily operations, structure to decision‑making, and consistency to practice. From safeguarding leadership and regulatory compliance to rota management, care planning, and quality assurance, ESN works alongside providers to ensure their services run smoothly, confidently, and in line with statutory expectations.
Our approach is grounded in diligent care, strong governance, and a commitment to helping every home build a dependable team and a stable environment where young people feel supported, understood, and able to thrive.
